How do I create an account?
Click on the Sign In tab on the top right hand corner of the website and fill in the details required for New Users.

I Have forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click on the "Sign In" tab on the top right corner of the website. On the current users section click on "Forgot your Password". Enter your email address and we will send you a new password.

How do I know that my order has been recieved?
Once an order has been placed and payment has been made you will recieve an email with a invoice of the products you ordered. If for some reason you do not recieve this email please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the problem.

How do I track my order?
Once the payment reflects in our account we will send your order out to you. At which point you will recieve an email with the tracking number for your order and link to track your parcel.

Do Prices include V.A.T. and Delivery?
All prices include V.A.T. but not delivery. Delivery costs are worked out on check out.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards VISA, MATERCARD, DINERS CLUB INTERNATIONAL, AMMEX.
If you would like to pay via EFT please contact us and we will arrange this for you.
