Delivery policy
Order Confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. Once payment has been received all orders will be shipped within 3 working days of payment unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Confirmation
You will the receive a second email from us notifying you that your order has been processed and shipped. The second email should include tracking information for your delivery.
Should you not receive this second email within 3 working days of order please contact us on 081 562 9487 or alternatively email us at sales@premiergarden.co.za.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Our courier service provides 'door to door' service and does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide us with a work address if you would like your items to be delivered to your offices.
Items not in Stock
If your items are no longer in stock we will contact you within 1 working day to notify you, giving you the option of back-ordering the items or a refund.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable, should this event occur, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangement for the re-shipment. If this is due to an incorrect address being given you may incur further costs as we can not take responsibility for incorrect addresses being supplied.
Delivery Time
We will try to have items delivered to you within 5 working days unless otherwise stated, but can not guarantee this as there may be unforeseen problems causing the delivery to take longer than expected.

All Courier costs are R50.00 unless otherwise stated.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Premier Garden CC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Premier Garden CC will refund the client in full within 10 days. Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by Premier Garden CC or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, Premier Garden CC will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within five days of receipt. In such an instance, Premier Garden CC will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, Premier Garden CC will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. Refunds will only ever be paid back into the account from which the original transaction payment was made, under no circumstances will refunds be paid into any other account.
Customer Privacy Policy
Premier Garden CC shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Premier Garden CC bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be processed for Premier Garden CC by Iveri which is the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Users may go to www.shopdirect.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Premier Garden CC separately from card details which are entered by the client on Iveri's secure site.
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the card holder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand) and the amount could fluctuate due to changes in the exchange rate.
Responsibility
Premier Garden CC takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Premier Garden CC chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Lot K2, Silver Oaks Estate, Kwambonambi, 3915.
Variation
Premier Garden CC may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
